Dit privacybeleid is opgesteld in het Nederlands en Engels. Bij verschil tussen de taalversies is de Nederlandse versie leidend.

Privacybeleid

EPAdossier ("wij", "ons", "onze") hecht veel waarde aan de bescherming van persoonsgegevens. In dit beleid leggen wij uit hoe wij persoonsgegevens verzamelen, gebruiken en beveiligen binnen ons platform voor EPA-adviseurs en hun klanten.

1. Gegevens die wij verwerken

Als platform voor het beheren van energielabeldossiers verwerken wij onder meer:

• Adviseursgegevens: naam, beroepscertificaten, zakelijke contactgegevens en betaalgegevens.
• Dossiergegevens:adressen van objecten, gebouwspecificaties, CAD-bestanden, foto's en gegevens over energieprestatie.
• Klant- en eigenaargegevens: contactgegevens die door adviseurs worden ingevoerd voor levering, communicatie en betaling.
• Supportgegevens: communicatie met ons supportteam en gebruiksgegevens van het platform.

2. Doelen van de verwerking

Wij verwerken persoonsgegevens om:

• Energieprestatiedossiers aan te maken en op te slaan.
• Registratie van energielabels bij officiële instanties zoals RVO en EP-Online mogelijk te maken.
• Technische hulpmiddelen te bieden voor simulatie, berekening en dossierbeheer.
• Betalingen voor dossiercredits te verwerken.
• Onze software te verbeteren op basis van gebruiksanalyse.

3. Delen van gegevens en subverwerkers

Wij delen gegevens alleen wanneer dat nodig is om onze dienst te leveren. Belangrijke subverwerkers zijn:

• AWS: versleutelde cloudopslag en infrastructuur.
• Neon: beveiligd databasebeheer.
• Stripe: betalingsverwerking.
• Resend: transactionele e-mails en aflevering van berichten.
• Overheidskoppelingen zoals RVO en EP-Online: officiële registratie van energielabels.
• Energiekezaak en Google Maps: adresvalidatie en gebouwinformatie.
• Posthog: productanalyse met aandacht voor privacy.

4. Uw rechten

Op grond van de AVG heeft u onder meer recht op inzage, rectificatie en verwijdering van persoonsgegevens. Adviseurs zijn in beginsel verwerkingsverantwoordelijke voor de gegevens van hun klanten. EPAdossier treedt daarbij op als verwerker en ondersteunt bij het afhandelen van verzoeken.

Op dit privacybeleid is Nederlands recht van toepassing.

• Dossier data: property addresses, building specifications, CAD files, photos, and energy performance data.
• Client and owner data: contact details entered by advisors for delivery, communication, and payment.
• Support data: communications with our support team and platform usage data.

2. Purposes of Processing

We process personal data to:

• Create and store energy performance dossiers.
• Facilitate registration of energy labels with official bodies such as RVO and EP-Online.
• Provide technical tools for simulation, calculation, and dossier management.
• Process payments for dossier credits.
• Improve our software through usage analytics.

3. Data Sharing and Sub-processors

We share data only when necessary to provide our service. Key sub-processors include:

• AWS: encrypted cloud storage and infrastructure.
• Neon: secure database management.
• Stripe: payment processing.
• Resend: transactional emails and message delivery.
• Government integrations such as RVO and EP-Online: official energy label registration.
• Energiekezaak and Google Maps: address validation and property insights.
• Posthog: privacy-conscious product analytics.

4. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, and deletion of personal data. Advisors are generally the controllers for their clients' data. EPAdossier acts as the processor and assists with fulfilling these requests.
